beach adventure!!
So Jori was working in the morning and I brought him sushi left overs to eat after he got off of work. We went down the the beach, skipped some rocks, got ice cream, shopped at thrift stores and for apartment stuff. I bought these awesome plates shown below. We walked all the way back home carrying all of our purchases and made spaghetti with garlic bread and veggies.
As always, I’ve been producing some artwork! Including some lino cut stamps that I’m doing a series of. I’m also about to finish my Supers drawing (which has taken me too much time to do), you can see Jori’s here and Alex’s here. There’ll be more weekly sketches up. I’m going to buy a scanner soon (exciting!) for school, so there won’t just be food pictures up here. Horrah

I found a TV in our hallway that had a VCR attached to it so I took it in, since we lacked a TV at my place. It also came with a stack of VHS which included E.T. So we watched it and ate some sushi on the ground. Below is a typical Taryn meal, soup and guacamole. The soup is kind of bare because we left all the soup veggies at Jori’s place so we had to resort to corn, white mushrooms and chives. I also make guacamole way too much. I’m going to get fat off of avocados because I eat more than I should. Under it is a photo of my cool candle in candle holder, which I use every night and a picture of my room. And the last picture is of some kick ass pizza that we made. It had chicken, mushrooms, tomato, pineapple, green pepper and garlic on it. yummmm!

Here are some things we eat for breakfast. Above and below are photos of eggs with parmesan, mozzarella, basil, chives and tomato. It was one of my favourites. Under it is another breakfast where we had back bacon with mushrooms, eggs and toast. At the bottom are some Star Trek waffles. Chekov has spots.

We went swimming in Lake Ontario! Here’s pictures of Jess and I in the lake. It was right by a sign that told us to swim with caution. It was so cold! I was always told never to swim in Lake Ontario when I was younger so it was a tad scary.
